Primer 24-25
The 24/25 Primer project is a 2 WEEK introduction to superFUTURES and invites students to spatialise time, exploring the intricate relationship between time and the environment, and uncovering how spaces evolve and tell stories. In this cinematic experience, students will compress “next week” into a 60-second film, embracing innovation and the unexpected. Using the STEEP framework (Social, Tech, Environment, Economics, and Political) they will craft narratives that blend spatial design with the passage of time. Through storyboarding, post-production, and unconventional uses of their surroundings, students will transform the ordinary into cinematic sets. The project culminates in a collaborative showcase installation, where the short films form a synchronised tapestry of temporal storytelling.
